We are seeking a seasoned Professional to lead our SSD Distribution efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets for the SSD product line.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners to expand our market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring competitor activities and providing market intelligence.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables to optimize cash flow.
  • Provide product training and support to partners to enhance their knowledge and capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management to track progress and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware distribution/sales (preferably SSD, storage, or PC components) is required.
  • Strong professional network within the IT hardware industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are necessary.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
