We connect people and organizations, allowing shippers, logistics providers, and carriers to unite their supply chains, deliver outstanding customer experiences, collaborate in real-time, and accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building highly scalable applications and working on distributed systems.

They should have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required.

The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a passion for results, and maintain a high degree of commitment with a bias for execution excellence.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies is essential, along with a good understanding of data, metrics, and building models.

The candidate should be capable of taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and leading thought in these areas.

Collaboration with product managers to define technical requirements for new products is also required.

The ideal candidate will identify and drive initiatives to improve the overall quality and reliability of software solutions.

  • Take ownership of delivery with a focus on consistency, quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Manage multiple feature teams working on shipping multiple capabilities and features.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team on approach and architecture.
  • Work with stakeholders to provide transparency, proactively unblock teams, and maximize engineering throughput.
  • Ensure alignment of teams with the process and goals of the organization.
  • Empower engineers to make the biggest impact possible for the company while reaching their professional development goals.
  • Work with leads and ICs and provide them the right opportunity to grow while driving their productivity and morale.
  • Execute engineering efficiency projects based on learning.
  • Provide inputs and drive process improvements.
  • Drive and provide guidance on performance reviews for the team.
  • Take ownership of hiring and onboarding for the engineering team.
  • Leadership & Management Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
