Responsibilities

  • You will be an integral part of our team, contributing specialized knowledge to pricing product development and generating insights for pricing-related intellectual property and tools.
  • Work under the guidance of Project Leaders or Managers, playing a key role in driving the team's overall output while developing products or serving clients through presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives.
  • Oversight and training of COE Analysts are expected across these efforts, as well as the development of the next set of specialists.
  • Be fully staffed on a specific project at any given time.
  • Take responsibility for assigned work streams, ensuring zero-defect analysis across those streams. Effectively understand the work plan and execute it along with applying the best-suited analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau etc.
  • Browse through scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, solution designing, and insights with the Project Leader on various aspects of projects or IP work.
  • Drive conversations through analytics, including building dashboards, driving insights through data analysis, story-lining deliverables to prove/disprove hypotheses.
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers etc.
  • Support Analysts on task execution, contribute to CoE operations such as training and recruitment, and collaborate with Project Leaders to drive positive team experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure and strong academic records (for undergraduate studies).
  • A minimum of 0-3 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure and strong academic records (for postgraduate studies).
  • Candidates should possess good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills.
  • Prior experience with data analytics is important. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques is required.
  • Proficiency and experience in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau) will be preferred.
