Job Role: Pricing Specialist – Water Business Unit

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Remote work possible

Reports to: Manager (Switzerland)

Business Unit: Water

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations team for the Water Business Unit (BU).

The role will drive pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Strategy: Own and manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
  • Define Pricing Strategies: Align pricing strategies with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Provide Daily Support: Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
  • Support Product Management: Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver Reports: Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.
  • Train Stakeholders: Train global/regional stakeholders on pricing processes and concepts.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in pricing management (preferably pump industry or similar).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, excellent communicator.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
