Job Summary

Pricebook Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pricebook Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining price books, setting up new vendors, updating product information, and creating promotions for stores.

  • Maintaining the price book in PDI, ensuring accuracy and consistency of pricing data.
  • Inputting new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors in Pricebook.
  • Cleaning up Pricebook data, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners on a daily basis.
  • Identifying and resolving problems through reporting and other means.
  • Solving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalating calls as needed and providing timely resolutions.

About You

  • PDI/Price Book experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • A willingness to learn store applications, including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills.
  • Able to articulate clearly in verbal and written communications.
  • A team player with flexibility to changing assignments and direction.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
