As a key member of a high-growth organization's finance team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial backbone. This role combines financial reporting, management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

You will work closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure timely closure of books, MIS and analysis are reliable, and the company is always investor- and audit-ready.

This role demands a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who is willing to grow into a strategic finance leader.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
