Key Responsibilities:

Budget and Financial Management:

• Own a portfolio of projects, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.

• Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
