Job Title: Executive Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Leader to spearhead our US IT Recruitment operations.

This role demands strategic vision, overseeing end-to-end recruitment delivery, and scaling high-performing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction for US IT recruitment operations.
  • Oversee and scale a team of recruiters and managers to ensure top-notch hiring outcomes.
  • Oversight of end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to understand workforce needs and market dynamics.
  • Develop scalable sourcing and talent strategies for niche and emerging IT skill sets.
  • Drive operational efficiency through metrics and continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor and coach leadership team members to build future-ready recruitment capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 12+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in US hiring practices and compliance.
  • Strong track record of scaling and managing large recruitment delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and influence stakeholders.
