We're actively seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial operations. Our company is headquartered in the US with operations in India and Canada.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.


Baseline key cost levers and collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for assisting in pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end and year end activities including accruals & monthly analysis on the actuals vs provisions.


Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry, with proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel techniques is required.
