Data Quality and Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Quality and Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data profiles to identify trends and anomalies in our data sets;
  • Design and implement data quality metrics to measure data quality and drive improvement initiatives;
  • Analyze data usage patterns to optimize data storage and retrieval processes;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures;
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data quality best practices and data management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data profiling, data analytics, and MI strategy;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python scripting, and advanced analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS;
  • Experience with agile methodology and business intelligence tools;
  • Expertise in informatica data quality and MDM metrics/dashboards.
