Job Title: Data Governance Expert

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the global supply chain performance, identifying trends and risks, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive global data governance strategy and roadmap in collaboration with regional experts and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance structures, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration among regional teams to drive consistency and effectiveness.
  • Define and implement global standards for data processes, workflows, and reference data to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Ensure that commonly agreed definitions and data models are adopted across regions to promote seamless data exchange.
  • Maintain high-quality master data to support digital tools, planning systems, and operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Lean, or a comparable field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in data management, Supply Chain, or digital transformation roles, with a proven track record of driving results and effective change management.
  • Proven experience in complex manufacturing environments, preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, lean manufacturing, and planning principles.

Desired Skills:
  • Ability to drive projects end-to-end, with a strong track record of achieving results and driving effective change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a good understanding of data analytics capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools is a plus.
