We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Professional to lead the design, development and implementation of complex supply chain solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions to complex supply chain problems for large enterprises using Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
  • Own the overall design of Kinaxis Rapid Response for Demand and Supply Planning to meet customer requirements.
  • Guide the template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Lead Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training. Document all external interface requirements.
  • Support Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), Technical Designs (TDs).
  • Define Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases and associated to data requirements.
  • Report issues/bugs to Kinaxis and track their resolution.
  • Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
  • Demonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs.
  • Leading a team of solution developers in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing.
  • Guide and mentor the team; ensure implementation of best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain management solutioning.
  • Hands-on experience on Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • At least one full Lifecycle implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response for a client.
  • Good experience in functional supply chain solutions such as Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management.
  • Very good understanding of concepts of RDBMS and SQL queries.
