Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions for global enterprises. As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
  • Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
  • Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
  • Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning.
  • Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and data, and business operations.
  • Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications are a plus.
