We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our global supply chain strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
    • Develop the long-term strategy, vision, and mission for the supply chain function in alignment with enterprise goals.
    • Partner with leadership to define strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps.
    • Establish a multi-year roadmap focusing on cost, service, sustainability, digitization, and resilience.
  • Transformation & Program Management
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance agility, efficiency, and resilience across the supply chain.
    • Drive innovation through digitalization, automation, and process excellence programs.
    • Monitor and report progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Performance Management
    • Define functional Key Result Areas (KRAs) across supply chain teams.
    • Establish performance tracking mechanisms and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Drive continuous improvement and accountability for results.
    • Manage reporting requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Lead employee satisfaction initiatives across the supply chain organization.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
    • Partner with HR and leadership to implement engagement and development programs.
