Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Manager
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Manager to drive the design and execution of our Inbound Supply Chain operations in India.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, business, transportation, and Amazon teams, to build processes and drive execution.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to inform Supply Chain decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
- Create and execute project plans to deliver results and manage resources effectively.
- Develop roadmaps and metrics to measure progress and communicate results to leadership.
- Liaise across functions to drive negotiation, alignment, and logical decision-making while maintaining high speed of execution.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, data-driven decision making, and ownership of Supply Chain strategy. A Master's degree or MBA in a related field is preferred.
