Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Supply Chain Analytics Leader to drive business growth and innovation in our organization. This role involves leading the development of advanced analytics solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand our presence in the supply chain industry
  • Lead and oversee the development of advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative models
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies and identify key clients
  • Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university and MBA from a top-tier business school
  • 12-18 years of experience in consulting and implementing data & analytic solutions for large customers
  • Direct front-office consulting experience with strategic customer leadership is a must
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Desired Skills:
  • Deep understanding of overall supply chain planning and operations, including demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and procurement analytics
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing data from various publishers/channels and Adobe clickstream data
  • Hands-on experience in building models using machine learning, deep learning, and generative models
