Job Description:

The Business Consultant plays a pivotal role in showcasing Blue Yonder Supply Chain Solutions across the Retail Industry. This techno-functional position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to build business workflows for prospective demos, leveraging Blue Yonder Solution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works collaboratively with field PreSales globally to support ongoing Sales pursuits.
  • Develops business workflows for demos, utilizing Blue Yonder Solution capabilities.
  • Participates in business process discovery to design and construct business workflows catering to industry needs in a PreSales cycle.
  • Understands how Supply Chain functions across Forecasting, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing sub-domains.
  • Elevates issues that may have negative scheduling impact.
  • Maintains professional conduct with customers and internal associates.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Competent working and hands-on knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Integrations.
  • Possesses understanding of Supply chain domain across Retail Industry in planning space.
  • Able to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment and learn new concepts as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Reporting Analytics is beneficial.
