Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

The position of Supply Chain Capability Lead is a strategic leadership role that focuses on enhancing supply chain performance through advanced analytics, process governance, and planning excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics & Planning Excellence:
    • Develop and deploy advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service levels.
    • Translate complex data into actionable insights using Power BI and planning systems (SAP IBP, ECC).
    • Drive data science initiatives to support SCM-wide optimization.
  • Process Governance & Maturity:
    • Lead process maturity efforts across the supply chain function.
    • Ensure execution excellence through KPI frameworks, governance routines, and digital tools.
    • Implement business process management and capability maturity modelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership:
    • Align planning strategies across functions through strong stakeholder engagement.
    • Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
    • Facilitate Communities of Practice (COPs) and promote analytics literacy.
  • Capability Building & Team Development:
    • Mentor teams in planning, analytics, and process improvement.
    • Develop and execute learning and development strategies for supply chain roles.
  • Innovation & Digital Transformation:
    • Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Support configuration and deployment of digital supply chain solutions.
    • Scout and engage with technology vendors to enable supply chain solutions.

Experience: 10-14 years, 5-8 years experience in supply chain, with a focus on planning, analytics, and systems.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
