Job Title: Global Supply Chain Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our supply chain solutions team. As a Global Supply Chain Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions to complex supply chain problems for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions to complex supply chain problems using Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions
  • Own the overall design of Kinaxis Rapid Response for Demand and Supply Planning to meet customer requirements
  • Guide template design considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
  • Lead Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing and training
  • Document all external interface requirements
  • Support Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), Technical Designs (TDs)
  • Define Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases and associated to data requirements
  • Report issues/bugs to Kinaxis and track their resolution
  • Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
  • Demonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs
  • Lead a team of solution developers in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing
  • Guide and mentor the team; ensure implementation of best practices

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain management solutioning
  • Hands-on experience on Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • At least one full lifecycle implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response for a client
  • Good experience in functional supply chain solutions such as Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management
  • Very good understanding of concepts of RDBMS and SQL queries
