- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
- Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client needs.
- Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
