Expert Supply Chain Solutions Professional

A career as a Senior Solution Consultant will challenge you to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight. As a trusted advisor and technical expert, you'll lead the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions, collaborating closely with clients to solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
">As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards. You will also manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
">You will have the opportunity to guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization, and develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality. Additionally, you will mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing.
">Qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience, as well as proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization.
">Preferred qualifications include experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred. Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies is also desirable.
