Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Transformation Expert. This role involves optimizing and transforming global supply chain operations using the Rapid Response platform.

The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for deployment and run support activities, collaborating with Business Process Experts, Owners, and Users to collect business requirements and participate in solution design and development for enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and participate in solution design and development.
  • Set up delivery plans for enhancements, including resource allocation, priority setup, and scheduling.
  • Making decisions between internal and/or external delivery.
  • Manage external resources, if required.
  • Specify, realize, test, and hand over solution basic enhancements (workbooks).
  • Take ownership of bug fixing (level 2) and interact with support teams, if required.
  • Organize solution release management from QUAL to PROD instance (IPK, data model change…) and project deployment.
  • Work jointly with support teams to perform solution upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Kinaxis, preferably with SAP background, and hold a University degree, preferably in IT & Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will be able to work jointly with clients and management, collaborate with multicultural and global teams, and travel internationally (up to 25% of working time). A strong understanding of APS implementation and ERP implementation is also beneficial.

Others

Kinaxis Author level 1 certification is mandatory for this role, and the ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
