Job Description

As a Supply Chain Innovation Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor and technical expert, leading the design and delivery of Maestro-based solutions. You'll collaborate closely with clients to drive meaningful business outcomes through innovation and insight.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards.
  • Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
  • Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects; full project management experience preferred.
  • Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes, and data, and business operations.
  • Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certifications a plus.
  • Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus.
  • Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus.
