About Us: A global HR, payroll and SaaS company offering services for workforce management, end-to-end payroll processing, and compliance across international markets.

We are seeking candidates from payroll outsourcing or SaaS companies with 6 months contractual roles, potentially extendable based on performance.

  • Plan, manage, and complete payroll & SaaS implementation projects within designated timelines, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.

The Implementation Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including clients. They will define project goals, objectives, and scope, develop detailed project plans, and ensure alignment with our business policies.

This role involves proactive communication, risk mitigation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. Adaptability, process optimization, and operational efficiency are crucial in a global payroll outsourcing or SaaS industry scale-up environment.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and requirement specifications.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are stored in a structured and accessible format, complying with internal documentation standards.
