Job Overview:

The role of HR Operations Manager is pivotal in driving business transformation through process standardization and data-driven insights. This position will lead the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR services across global operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • HR Service Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Process Excellence & Standardization: Drive harmonization of HR processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
    • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence, and collaborate with regional leaders and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
