We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a music licensing expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in championing emerging artists and creating meaningful revenue opportunities through sync and licensing.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced music industry professional to leverage their skills and expertise to drive growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with music supervisors, creative directors, producers, and sync teams globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch our diverse catalogue to commercial clients to secure sync placements.
  • Develop and implement effective sync strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Track and manage all pitches, leads, and placements to maintain visibility on opportunities.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
