Job Title: Operations Associate

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the conversion of inbound leads into confirmed bookings, providing personalized accommodation recommendations to students, and building in-depth knowledge of student housing options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
    • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Understand students' unique requirements and provide expert advice on accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise:
    • Develop a thorough understanding of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer valuable advice.
  • Follow-Up:
    • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Negotiation and Closing Techniques: Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Telesales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
