As a strategic People and Culture Leader, you will be responsible for shaping a magnetic workplace culture that fosters inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration.
You will lead culture-building initiatives, design programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication, and serve as a culture ambassador actively listening to team sentiment and taking proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
Additionally, you will build creative, strategic hiring pipelines to attract high-potential talent aligned with our values, design long-term retention plans including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition, and own and evolve the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
Furthermore, you will manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability, partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks, and foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks.

- Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and in line with Indian labor laws.
- Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
- Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration with the Finance team.
- Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.
- Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.
- Own the company's employer brand on platforms like showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build Bold and Beyond's reputation as a workplace of choice.
- 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setup.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Deep understanding of today's workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
- Zoho People HRMS Experience is a plus.
