Compliancely is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to lead and expand the inbound marketing efforts. This pivotal role drives brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and supports revenue growth in the U.S. B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads through content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content addressing target audience needs.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with sales objectives and tracking performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape informing marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5–8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, focusing on the U.S. market.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor verification, compliance, and onboarding processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in developing successful inbound marketing campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Excellent analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
    • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
