Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive HR administrative support, ensuring that all processes are followed in accordance with company policies. This includes employment contract drafting for new employees, amendments to contracts for existing or transferring employees, setting up new joiner profiles, managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, absence and family leave management, and handling the HR service desk.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can deliver a WOW customer experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in report writing, data analysis, and generating management information.
