Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources and organizational management. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Help in drafting HR letters, notices, and documentation.
  • Support in performance appraisal data collection and coordination.
  • Assist in compliance-related activities and ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Provide support in payroll coordination and attendance management.
  • Conduct basic research and prepare reports on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
