Job Summary

This position involves supporting the development of new AI applications related to Medicare risk adjustment, as well as enhancing existing data science applications. It requires a combination of technical and analytical skills.

You will be part of a dynamic team working on developing and delivering advanced analytics for end users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key resource to support ongoing data exchange, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of performance results.
  • Develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Apply advanced Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities to businesses to develop cutting-edge solutions.
  • Leverage big data analytics infrastructure to tackle previously unsolved problems.
  • Stay at the frontier of Analytics by adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models and algorithms.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a renowned institute in: Engineering/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science/Mathematics with a solid quantitative background.
  • Around 2+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a similar role.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Machine learning techniques like Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Gradient Boosting Machine, XGBoost etc.
  • Expert level programming ability in Python/PySpark.
  • Excellent consulting skills and ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of Deep Learning techniques.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in using algorithm libraries / frameworks like PyTorch and / or TensorFlow.
  • Good knowledge around LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in solving real-world problems using Natural Language Processing (Text Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Summarization, NER etc.)
