Qure.ai is a leading Healthcare Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that aims to enhance diagnostic imaging and improve health outcomes using machine-supported tools. Our team uses deep learning technology to provide automated interpretations of radiology exams like X-rays and CT scans, enabling faster diagnosis and speed to treatment.

This role is focused on building Qure's Global Health vertical, aimed at unlocking high-impact opportunities in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The ideal candidate will lead our government partnerships end-to-end by engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping large-scale AI initiatives that deliver large-scale impact in disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

The role requires strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholders, shifting regulations, and varied cultural landscapes. The successful candidate will be able to shape market strategy, create large-scale AI programmes, own end-to-end deal cycles, unlock funding, influence policy and budgets, and steward stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape market strategy by identifying priority countries/states, mapping Ministry of Health ecosystems, sizing AI procurement potential, defining the value proposition, and crafting tailored market-entry roadmaps
• Create large-scale AI programmes by designing multi-disease population-surveillance projects (TB, COPD, lung cancer, heart failure) and opportunities where Qure's AI tools can accelerate ongoing Govt Digital/eHealth initiatives
• Own end-to-end deal cycles by originating, structuring, and closing deals by navigating tenders, rate-contracts, and grant mechanisms; build channel partnerships (PSUs, multilateral agencies, local distributors) that unlock scale
• Unlock funding by surfacing and winning bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level
• Influence policy & budgets by engaging senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines, inclusion in disease-control guidelines, and national digital-health programmes
• Steward stakeholder relationships by managing a network of Qure partners, Govt stakeholders, and global funding partners
• Collaborate internally by translating market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies in partnership with Qure's Implementation, Clinical Affairs, and Client Success teams

What does success look like?

• Establishing Qure as a leading AI player in national and state-level public health systems
• Securing government budgets/international financing for AI-led screening programs
• Securing and executing multi-year government contracts that materially accelerate national digital health goals across India, SE Asia, and Africa

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 8 yrs in Enterprise Business Development/Founder's office/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required; other regional languages will be a major plus
• Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively across focus markets
