Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Develop and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Execution: Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Contract Management: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Contract Repository: Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Pressure Tolerance and Professionalism: Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
