Job Opportunity:

Illumination of an organization's growth prospects requires a strategic thinker who can drive business development and oversee key initiatives. As our Growth Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading analytical endeavors and project management across multiple teams.

  • Data Insights & Analytics:
    • Lead data-driven decision making by developing and tracking performance metrics in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue outcomes.
    • Partner with marketing to optimize lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Strategic Development & Execution:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and untapped markets.
    • Develop strategic plans for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations:
    • Own CRM workflow automation, pipeline hygiene, triggers, and integrations.
    • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
    • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project Management:
    • Act as the program manager for high-priority projects across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
