Growth Manager

We're seeking a key member to drive business growth and strengthen partnerships with major e-commerce platforms. This role involves identifying trends in various product categories, driving sales, visibility, and market share.

  • Act as the primary liaison in Bangalore to build strong relationships with platform category managers.
  • Owning business growth discussions to drive sales, visibility, and market share.
  • Spot trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other relevant categories.
  • Promote our product pipeline to ensure faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.
  • Drive exclusive opportunities through campaign slots, marketing banners, and collaborations.
  • Maintain consistent relationships through PR and communication efforts.
  • Provide insights on competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.
  • Act as a growth driver, creating opportunities rather than just reporting numbers.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce growth or business development with strong exposure to marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and PR skills, negotiation, and analytical mindset.
  • A hustler mentality, thinking like an owner, chasing results, and creating impact.
  • High IQ and EQ, problem-solving attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about market trends, style shifts, and consumer behavior.
