Job Title:

Client Engagement Specialist

Description:

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their business growth, and providing them with comprehensive information on products and services. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction and increase wallet share.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to understand and anticipate market requirements, and possess the ability to engage sizable clients. Additionally, they should have a pleasing personality, effective persuasion skills, and the capacity to close deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads for Financial Product Distributors
  • Coordinating Business Opportunity Sessions for upcoming and existing FPDs
  • Assisting new FPDs in clearing NISM Exams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or similar field
  • Strong relationship-building skills with IFAs/CAs and knowledge of the Finance Industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuade clients
  • Capacity to understand and anticipate market requirements
