Consulting Expertise for Business Growth

We are seeking a skilled Consulting Expert to help clients achieve business growth through process and IT technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8-16 years of experience in business and process consulting, with subject matter expertise in various industries including Auto, Aero, Industrial Machinery, Electrical Equipment's, Farm Equipment's, Construction, Heavy Equipment's, Power Generation, etc.

The successful candidate will:

  • Strategize and deliver process and IT technology transformational initiatives via consulting skills.
  • Provide thought leadership delivering business value to clients, developing reusable assets in the process.
  • Develop innovative solutions using digital and emerging technologies in context of client problems.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects.

The desired skillset for this role includes:

  • Work experience and knowledge in product development process areas in continuous manufacturing industry (BoM Management, Configuration Management, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge in manufacturing value chain processes, industry trends, and enabling technologies.
  • Technical expertise & hands-on experience in one or more PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.).
  • Work Experience in Product Analytics area like Product performance, Reliability testing, Market analysis.
  • Understanding of Enterprise technologies like PLM, ERP, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in any of the PLM / CAD / Engineering tools.
  • Experience in Project Management.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise to front office client engagements.
  • Advising clients on best-of-breed solutions from process and technology standpoint.
  • Leading and helping shape solution approaches and design.
  • Ensuring delivery oversight and governance.
  • Executing large-scale transformational engagements from Leadership perspective and/or SME perspective.
  • Providing business value leadership to engagements via consulting skills.
  • Providing Program Management leadership or guidance for large-scale programs.
