
Sales Growth and Customer Awareness Specialist

The Deputy Centre Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer awareness of Life Insurance solutions in assigned Bank Branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate salary teams, adhering to agreed turnaround times (TATs) on first customer contact and follow-ups.
- Increase the bank's customer awareness of Life Insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration on cross-sell within the corporate salary customer base.
- Drive effective reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
- Regularly train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
- Achieve business target milestones, including Annual First Year Premium (AFYP)/Blended premium and number of cases.

- Strong relationship-building skills, ability to drive sales growth, and enhance customer awareness.
- Effective communication and training skills to engage bank staff.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving business targets.
