Job Overview

The Deputy Centre Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer awareness of Life Insurance solutions in assigned Bank Branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate salary teams, adhering to agreed turnaround times (TATs) on first customer contact and follow-ups.
  • Increase the bank's customer awareness of Life Insurance solutions and achieve targeted penetration on cross-sell within the corporate salary customer base.
  • Drive effective reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
  • Regularly train bank staff on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
  • Achieve business target milestones, including Annual First Year Premium (AFYP)/Blended premium and number of cases.
