Tele Sales Executive- Join Elixiir's AI Business Growth Team

We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic Tele Sales Executives who are passionate about technology, sales, and building client relationships .
Location: NXONE, TECHZONE-IV, Opp. Gaur City Mall, GR. NOIDA WEST, G.B. NAGAR, U.P. – Work from Office
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Based on experience & performance)
Type: Full-Time
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients & generate interest
- Explain Elixiir's AI-powered solutions and their benefits
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet & exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with AI trends and business applications
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
- Education: Graduate (Management degree not required)
- Skills Required:
-Excellent communication & persuasion skills
-Strong knowledge of general business operations
-Awareness of AI revolution & its applications in business
-Lead management & follow-up expertise
