We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Counselor to join our team at Emo Matrix in Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.
  • Understand the learner's needs and provide accurate information about courses, specializations, fees, and benefits.
  • Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing queries and building trust throughout the decision-making journey.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain updated records of interactions and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for feedback and lead improvement.
Requirements
  • A strong communicator with proficiency in English & Hindi language skills.
  • Possession of a passion for education, counseling, or psychology is advantageous.
  • A confident, energetic, and driven personality with a learner-centric mindset.
  • Brief knowledge of sales process and CRM tools would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in EdTech, counseling, telesales, or student advisory roles would be preferred.
