Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to inbound/outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into potential opportunities.
  • Explain product/service offerings effectively and persuasively.
  • Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales or close deals directly (as applicable).
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of inside sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
