About the Role:

Are you a go-getter with a passion for sales and client engagement? We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Noida. In this role, you'll be the face (and voice) of our corporate event services, driving revenue by connecting with potential and existing clients and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective and existing clients via inbound and outbound calls

- Effectively pitch and promote our corporate event services

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure

- Follow up diligently on leads and convert inquiries into customers

- Maintain and regularly update client and lead databases (CRM)

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills

- Confident handling objections and closing deals over the phone

- Basic understanding of corporate events is an added advantage

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite
