**Telesales Specialist Role**
We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller to convert first conversations into qualified appointments for our events, stall fabrication, and digital services portfolio.
About the Position:
- Make high-quality outbound calls to prospects from curated databases/lead lists; pitch clearly, handle objections, and book meetings for senior team members.
- Nurture with follow-ups via email/SMS; maintain accurate logs and weekly reports in Excel/CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts, ICPs, and targeting for higher appointment rates.
- Own SLA-based follow-ups and calendar scheduling to minimize no-shows.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate with 6-24 months of experience in telecalling/lead gen/customer support preferred.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills; confident objection handling and call-to-meeting conversion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email; CRM familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a laptop and mobile (company SIM provided); able to work from our office 6 days/week.
