Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Jr. Visa Advisor to join our team

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to explain complex processes in a clear and concise manner, and possess a strong attention to detail.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and has a desire to make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to students interested in pursuing higher studies in the UK.
  • Counsel students on eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist.
  • Guide students on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Convert inquiries into registered students.

Application Process

  1. Collect and verify documents from students.
  2. Submit files for document assessment via partners.
  3. Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
  4. Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.
  5. Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.

Visa Stage

  • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
  • Fill and verify UK visa forms.
  • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
  • Submit final visa application through partner system.

Post-Visa Support

  • Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation).
  • Maintain regular communication till student departs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of UK study system (intakes, tuition fees, scholarships).
  • Patient and polite with strong customer service skills.
