Travel Visa Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Visa Associate to handle end-to-end visa application processes for various international destinations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of visa requirements and ensure seamless documentation and application support for travelers.

  • Providing accurate information on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for international destinations.
  • Assisting clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
  • Verifying client-provided documents against specific country visa process requirements.
  • Liaising with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers for timely application processing.
  • Keeping clients updated on their visa application status and addressing any issues or queries promptly.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements for international destinations.
  • Handling escalations or urgent requests related to visa applications efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of visa applications and statuses and reporting to management regularly.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in handling visa applications or similar roles in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of visa processes for international destinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
