As a Program Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking guidance on educational programs.

This role involves advising career changers on how our education can help them launch into high-growth careers. You will also be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advising learners on the benefits of our world-class education from top-tier universities.
  • Building relationships with potential students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  • Providing customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guiding learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Following established sales processes and providing feedback to leadership on call quality and observed trends.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • A strong phone presence and ability to make multiple calls per day.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ability to manage a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process.
  • A growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.
