We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Client Servicing Professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams through proactive and timely communication.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings, ensuring all relevant information is presented clearly and concisely.
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly, providing regular feedback and updates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, service excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and values collaboration, with a commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
