Job Title: Membership Events Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Membership Events Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating special moments and continuing the magic within our Houses and physical locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead member events and House programming to connect the creative membership community through hyper-local storytelling.
  • Conceive unconventional and memorable member events, such as booking talent for a unique event or building a bowling alley.
  • Propose trends, technology, and leading innovations for new event formats, including digital events.
  • Work across all cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate events by connecting members to other members and allowing opportunities for events to be hosted by members.
  • Build and create a robust database of bands, talent, and trends to capture the current cultural zeitgeist.
  • Ensure innovative events and programming are united around our global monthly themes.
  • Oversee team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy and implement, monitor, and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in hospitality and understanding of operations.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
