We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Corporate Comrade Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in promoting and selling diesel generator sets to clients and customers.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field. They will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of diesel generator sets and power generation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with the overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations. Foster a motivated and results-oriented sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
